real property described in Exhibit "A" be taken for such public use. <br /> <br /> 3. The public use for which the real property described in <br />Exhibit "A" will be acquired and to which it will be put is for <br />redevelopment purposes, to wit, the clearance and elimination of <br />blight. <br /> <br /> 4. The real property described in this resolution is necessary <br />for the Project. <br /> <br /> 5. The public interest and necessity require the acquisition <br />of the real property described in Exhibit "A", and the taking of said <br />real property is necessary for the construction, completion and <br />implementation of the Project, and it is hereby directed that said <br />real property described in Exhibit "A" be acquired by the <br />Redevelopment Agency by eminent domain proceedings as hereinafter set <br />forth. <br /> <br /> 6. The proposed Project is planned and located in the manner <br />that will be most compatible with the greatest public good and the <br />least private injury; that said Project will eliminate blight and <br />improve general conditions thus benefiting the general public and the <br />Project and that no other reasonable means of financing the <br />acquisition and construction are available to the community and that <br />the aforesaid use to which the real property is to be applied, i.e., <br />redevelopment, is a use authorized by law. <br /> <br /> 7. The redevelopment of the real property described in Exhibit <br />"A" is in accordance with the Community Redevelopment Law of the <br />State of California and the Project made pursuant thereto; and said <br />real property as it exists constitutes a detriment to the safety, <br />health and morals of the people because of its condition, design and <br /> <br /> (page 4 of 7) <br /> <br /> <br />
