NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Between the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and the Redwood City <br />Elementary School District," a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of <br />the Agency Secretary and to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director and the Agency Secretary are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and attest thereto, respectively, the <br />Agreement in a form approved by the Agency Counsel's office and in substantial <br />compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement for and on <br />behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute such other documents approved by the Agency Counsel's office which <br />are deemed necessary and appropriate to implement the exchange of the <br />properties contemplated by this Agreement on behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br /> 4. The Chairman of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby authorized and directed to execute the deed of <br />conveyance to the Bradford Street Property to the Redwood City Elementary <br />School District. <br /> <br /> 5.
