Notwithstanding anything to the <br />co[~rary set forffi in the DDA, the provisions ~f Paragraph 2 of Se~on 212 of the DDA <br />(pursuant to which Governmental Body agrees to indemnify Borrower with respect to <br />environmental matters affecting the Prol3erty) shall extend to Bank (and Bank shall have the <br />right to enforce all of Governmental Body's obligations thereunder) in the event Bank obtains <br />title to the Property through foreclosure or ~ in fieu of foreclosure. <br /> <br /> 2.
