The cinema <br /> component of the project would have a total of 4,200 seats (compared to <br /> 4,500 in the original project) in 20 theater spaces. The building would <br /> contain a total of 160,453 square feet of interior space, and would be two <br /> stories (60 feet) high. <br /> <br /> · On Block 2: Parking structure and office building. The parking <br /> <br /> structure would contain 1,000 parking spaces on five parking levels, <br /> including one level below ground, one level at grade, and three levels <br /> above grade.
