The City and the Agency direct staff to file a notice of determination <br /> and a Certificate of Fee Exemption from the environmental document filing fee <br /> required by the California Depart~nent of Fish and Game under Title 14, <br /> California Code of Regulations, section 753.5 with the Agency Clerk in <br /> accordance with the provisions of CEQA, the state CEQA Guidelines and the <br /> City's CEQA ordinance. <br /> 6. The City Clerk is the custodian of the documents or other material <br /> which constitute the record of proceedings upon which this Agency's decision <br /> herein is based.
