Term. Each party will notify the other immediately of any <br /> changes of address that would require any notice or delivery to be directed to another <br /> address. <br /> 9. Recordinq or Televisinq Performances. The City will not record, broadcast, <br /> televise, videotape, photograph, film or otherwise extend beyond the Place of <br /> Performance the Performances without the prior written consent of Performers. <br /> 10. Force Maieure; Cancellation. If Performers are unable to perform any <br /> engagement set forth in the Schedule of Performance as a result of a strike, epidemic, <br /> Act of God, war, or similar force majeure, all parties named above are relieved of their <br /> respective obligations under this Agreement, and no named party may make a claim of <br /> damages against the other.
