5. A,qreements for Office Development. <br /> <br /> Office development projects (the "Projects") for which a <br /> development agreement ("DA"), or a disposition and development <br /> agreement ("DDA"), is initiated prior to March 12, 2001, as <br /> evidenced by a letter from the Manager of Planning and <br /> Redevelopment or his designee, shall be processed according to <br /> the Zoning Ordinance in effect on July 21, 2000. In the event that <br /> the DA or DDA is not approved by the City Council prior to the <br /> expiration of any Architectural Permit issued before April 12, 2001, <br /> any and all rights to proceed with the development of the project <br /> under the Zoning Ordinance in effect on July 21,2000, shall cease. <br /> <br /> .Section 75.
