Notwithstanding subsections a and b, in Combining District CG- <br />V. the FAR shall be 70% for uses permitted under Sections 25.5 <br />a, b, and c. <br />.Section 32. Section 16.2 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 16.2. Permitted Uses. The following uses are permitted <br />in the CP District if conducted entirely within a building: <br />a. Administrative or professional offices. <br />b. Medical or dental offices, clinics, and laboratories. <br />c. Business offices, financial services , title companies, and stock <br />exchange. <br />d.
