b. The maximum floor area ratio for commercial uses on lots <br /> fronting on Woodside Road between the intersections thereof <br /> with El Camino Real and Alameda de las Pulgas shall be 40 <br /> percent. Lots fronting on Woodside Road shall be deemed to <br /> include parcels immediately to the rear of and adjacent to lots <br /> fronting on said portion of Woodside Road. <br /> <br /> c. Notwithstanding a. and b. above, in areas zoned CG-R (mixed <br /> use: commercial/residential), a bonus of up to 30 percent may <br /> be added to the maximum FAR for lots fronting on El Camino <br /> Real and for lots fronting on Woodside Road between the <br /> intersections thereof with El Camino Real and Alameda de las <br /> Pulgas subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1) A Use Permit shall be required; <br /> 2) A Planned Development Permit shall be required; <br /> 3) Housing units shall be included on site in the development; <br /> 4) The following minimum residential density standards shall be <br /> achieved to qualify for commercial bonuses of up to, and <br /> including, an additional 30 percent FAR in accordance with <br /> the following table.
