h. Family day care homes within residential structures. <br /> <br /> Section 29.3Accessory Uses. The following structures and uses are <br /> permitted in the CO District when accessory to uses permitted under <br /> Sections 29.2 and 29.4: <br /> <br /> a. Incidental sales and services to serve occupants and patrons of <br /> the permitted use, provided such activities are conducted entirely <br /> within the main building, the design of which building does not <br /> invite the use of these services by the general public. <br /> <br /> b. Other accessory uses and structures customarily appurtenant to <br /> a permitted use. <br /> <br /> c. Day care centers if the facilities are in conjunction with adjoining <br /> businesses and primarily serve the employees of such <br /> businesses. <br /> <br /> Section 29.4 Conditional Uses. The following uses are permitted <br /> in the CO District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br /> a. Schools and studios for arts, trades, and professions not <br /> including industrial machinery and processes. <br /> <br /> b. Parking lots and garages, as defined in Section 2.77 <br /> <br /> c. Any permitted or conditionally permitted use when conducted <br /> partially or totally outside a building. <br /> <br /> d. Any other use not otherwise listed in this article which is <br /> determined by the Zoning Administrator, after a public hearing, to <br /> be of the same general character as the use permitted by this <br /> article and is not inconsistent with the purpose of this article. <br /> <br /> e. Day care centers if the facilities are not in conjunction with <br /> adjoining businesses or do not primarily serve those adjoining <br /> businesses. <br /> <br /> f. Public or quasi-public uses, except corporation yards, storage or <br /> repair yards, or warehouses. <br /> <br /> Section 29.5 Height Regulations.
