c. The provisions of this section shall be applicable only to parcels <br /> which were lawfully created prior to the adoption of this ordinance <br /> but not to such parcels if, subsequent to the adoption of this <br /> ordinance, that parcel and any adjoining parcel were under the <br /> same ownership. <br /> <br /> Section 29.11 Floor Area Ratio. The maximum floor area ratio <br />shall be 70 percent." <br /> <br /> Section 71. Should any provision of this Ordinance be held by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction to be illegal or in conflict with any applicable law, or with <br />any provisions of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the validity of the <br />remaining portions or provisions of this Ordinance shall not be affected thereby. <br /> <br /> Section 72.
