respect to which a development agreement, disposition and development <br />agreement, or other agreement is duly entered into by the City or by the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City which provides for, or allows <br />the development or use of, a parcel of land for office uses shall likewise be <br />exempt from the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 25. Implementation. The City Manager, Director of Community <br />Development, Chief Building Official, Zoning Administrator, and all other officers <br />and employees of the City having authority over the issuance or approval of land <br />use entitlements affected hereby are hereby authorized and directed to <br />implement the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 26. Supercession. Any and all ordinances, resolutions, <br />directives or other regulations, or portions thereof, in conflict with the provisions <br />of this ordinance are hereby superceded, and the provisions hereof shall govern <br />and prevail over such conflicting matters. <br /> <br /> Section 27. Effective Date.
