Section 22. Section 26.4 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br /> repealing Section 26.4d and adding Section 26.4i thereto to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 26.4 Conditional Uses. The following uses are permitted in the <br /> CBR District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br /> d. [reserved] <br /> <br /> i. Ground-floor dependent offices." <br /> <br /> Section 23. Section 30.2 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by <br />amending Section 30.2b thereof to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 30.2.2 Required Parking--Commercial Uses. In all districts, <br /> in connection with every use of property, there shall be provided off-street <br /> parking spaces for vehicles according to the following schedule: (Wherever <br /> square feet of floor area is indicated, it shall mean gross square footage.) <br /> <br /> b. Banks, financial institutions, professional, business, or <br /> administrative offices (i) located within a circle with a radius of <br /> 1500 feet, the center of which is located at the CalTrain Depot, in <br /> the vicinity of the intersection of Franklin Street and James <br /> Avenue: one space for each 300 square feet of gross floor area; <br /> (ii) not located within the aforesaid area: one space for each 250 <br /> square feet of gross floor area. If any of such uses occupy a total <br /> of 30,000 square feet or more of gross floor space on a parcel in <br /> one ownership, at least 10 percent of the required parking spaces <br /> shall be designated and marked for carpool and/or vanpool <br /> parking. <br /> <br /> Section 24. Exclusion. Notwithstanding the provisions of this ordinance <br />to the contrary, applications for development entitlements for office <br />developments which, as of September 1, 2000, have been granted an <br />architectural permit pursuant to Article 45 of the Zoning Ordinance, shall be <br />exempt from the provisions of this ordinance.
