date hereof; provided, that upon the expiration of said period, the Interim <br />Urgency Ordinance shall not be extended further. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Prohibited Acts. From and after the operative date hereof <br />and so long as this ordinance shall remain in effect, no building permits, use <br />permits, architectural permits, planned development permits, zoning variances, <br />zoning permits, subdivisions, or any other land use entitlements shall be issued <br />or approved, irrespective of the kind or nature of use proposed, on parcels of <br />property (whether as individual parcels or by aggregation of parcels) unless such <br />development occurs under the amended or added provisions of the Zoning <br />Ordinance described herein. <br /> <br /> Section 4. Sections 2.7 and 2.79 of the Zoning Ordinance are hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 2.7 Administrative Office and Service Facility. An office or <br /> other structure or service facility for rendering management level <br /> administrative services for firms and institutions including, but not limited <br /> to, regional and headquarter management services." <br /> <br /> "Section 2.79 Professional Office. An office for providing professional <br /> or consulting services in the fields of law, architecture, engineering, <br /> accounting, architectural and engineering design, and similar professions <br /> (but excluding medical offices), including associated product testing and <br /> prototype development, but excluding product manufacture or assembly <br /> and excluding use of hazardous materials in excess of the exempt <br /> amounts contained in the Uniform Building Code and Uniform Fire Code, <br /> as said Codes are adopted and amended from time to time by the City." <br /> <br /> Section 5. Sections 2.17.5, 2.39, 2.42, 2.48.5, 2.49, 2.53.5, 2.55, 2.58.5, <br /> <br />2.68, 2.69, and 2.107 are hereby added to the Zoning Ordinance to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 2,17.5 Business Office.
