Section 13.2 of the Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by amending Section 13.2c to read as follows: "Section 13.2 Permitted Uses. Neighborhood serving, ground floor dependent offices, financial services and medical offices, subject, however, to the provisions set forth in Section 13.10. Section 7. Section 13.4.d is hereby amended, and Sections 13.4.k is hereby added to the Zoning Ordinance to read as follows: "Section13.4 Conditional Uses. d. Any use or uses permitted under Section 13.2, individually or cumulatively, resulting in occupancy of more than 5,000 square feet of gross floor area within any parcel and/or any contiguous parcel. k. Neighborhood serving, non-ground floor dependent offices, financial services, and medical offices occupying 5,000 square feet or less of gross floor area located above the first floor." Section 8.
