An office for providing professional <br /> or consulting services in the fields of law, architecture, engineering, <br /> accounting, architectural and engineering design, and similar professions <br /> (but excluding medical offices), including associated product testing and <br /> prototype development, but excluding product manufacture or assembly <br /> and excluding use of hazardous materials in excess of the exempt <br /> amounts contained in the Uniform Building Code and Uniform Fire Code, <br /> as said Codes are adopted and amended from time to time by the City." <br /> <br /> Section 4.
