Section 28.3 Accessory Uses: The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the RSB District when accessory to a use permitted under Section <br />28.2: <br /> <br /> a. Educational facilities for public, non-profit institutions. <br /> <br /> Section 28.4 Conditional Uses: The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the RSB District subject to first securing a use permit therefor: <br /> <br /> a. Commercial recreation areas, uses, or facilities including playfields, <br /> golf courses and/or golf driving ranges, parks, marinas, and swimming <br /> pools. <br /> <br /> b. Public or private wastewater treatment plants in conjunction with the <br /> operation and maintenance of the existing South Bayside System <br /> Authority facility. <br /> <br /> c. Community centers and libraries. <br /> <br /> d. Household storage/warehouse facilities. <br /> <br /> e. Churches, synagogues, and other places of religious worship. <br /> <br /> f. Radio or other electromagnetic transmission and receiving antennas <br /> and related facilities. <br /> <br /> g. Any other use not otherwise listed in this article which is determined by <br /> the Zoning Administrator, after a public hearing, to be of the same <br /> general character as the uses permitted by th!s article and is not <br /> inconsistent with the purpose of this article. <br /> <br /> Section 28.5 Specific Plan Requirements: Prior to any development <br />within the RSB District, a Specific Plan shall be prepared as set forth under <br />California law (Govt. Code 65451) to provide a greater level of specificity in the <br />planning of sites and also to show the scale and relationships of the uses and/or <br />structures. The Specific Plan shall cover the entire RSB zoned parcels in the <br />Redwood Shores area of the City. <br /> <br /> Section 28.6 Height Regulations: No building shall exceed either two <br />stories in height or thirty (30) feet in height.
