Section 28.7 Lot Area: The minimum building site area shall be one acre. <br /> <br /> Section 28. 8 Lot Width: Average Lot Width shall be 50 ft. Every lot shall <br />have minimum of 35 ft. of frontage on a public street <br /> <br /> Section 28.9 Lot Coverage: No Limitation <br /> <br /> Section 28.10 Yard Requirements: <br /> <br /> a) Front yards: Front yards shall have a minimum depth of 25 feet. <br /> Minimum front yards shall be permanently landscaped. <br /> <br /> b) Side yards: There shall be a minimum combined side yard width of 20 <br /> feet for both sides and no one side shall have a width of less than 10 <br /> feet. Side yards on the street side of corner lots shall be equal in depth <br /> to the front yard requirement specified herein, and the 20 feet of such <br /> side yard adjacent to the street shall be permanently landscaped. <br /> <br /> c) Rear yards: Rear yards shall have a minimum depth of 25 feet." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
