No. 12719, indicated that the Project's inconsistencies with the Redwood City <br /> General Plan and location outside the jurisdiction of the City were to be mitigated <br /> as a condition of future Project approvals and entitlements by, among other <br /> matters, annexation of the Project lands and the adjoining parcels to the south <br /> and east of the Project that are the subject of this prezoning proposal, as further <br /> described in the FEIR at pages 3.1-12 through 3.1-14; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has considered the information in the FEIR <br />before acting on the approval of the proposed prezoning and has further <br />reviewed its previous findings under the California Environmental Quality Act set <br />forth in Resolution No. 12719 and finds that no basis exists for reconsideration of <br />such findings; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 60.23.12 is hereby added to Ordinance No. 1130, <br />the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, as amended, to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 60.23.12. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 41 <br /> <br /> of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 1130, as <br /> amended), a portion of the real property described as APN 054- <br /> 300-240 being a portion of that certain map entitled "Map of Certain <br /> Lands belonging to Redwood City Harbor Company in San Mateo <br /> County, Calif.", recorded in Volume 10 of the Subdivisions Maps at <br /> pages 45 and 46 is hereby prezoned from 'M2' Zoning District <br /> <br />Sh/rwcYord <br />O~d-O~8 <br />FXS/fs <br /> -2- 1130-299 <br /> <br /> <br />
