"Section 32.8 Conditional Exceptions to Heiqht <br /> Limitations. Maximum height limitations set forth <br /> elsewhere in this Ordinance for the following accessory <br /> buildings and structures may be modified by the Zoning <br /> Administrator by way of a Use Permit, which shall be <br /> required in each case: <br /> <br /> ua. Monuments, watertowers, observation towers, and <br /> smokestacks that exceed 24 inches in diameter or 3-1/2 <br /> feet in area, water tanks, scenery lofts, cooling <br /> towers, and gas holders." <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. Section 2.11 is hereby added to the <br />abovementioned Ordinance No. 1130 to read as follows: <br />"Section 2.11 Antenna. A device used to receive <br />or transmit telecommunications or radio signals, mounted <br />on the ground as an independent structure or attached to <br />another structure, including, but not limited to panels, <br />single poles ("whips"), broadcasting masts and aerials, <br />and microwave dishes." <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. Section 2.100 is hereby added to the <br />abovementioned Ordinance No. 1130 to read as follows: <br />"Section 2.100 Telecommunications Tower. A self- <br />supporting structure which supports equipment used to <br />transmit or receive telecommunications signals, <br />including, but not limited to monopoles and lattice-like <br />steel structures." <br /> <br /> SECTION 5. Section 2.108 is hereby added to the <br />abovementioned Ordinance No. 1130 to read as follows: <br />~Section 2.108 Wireless Communications Equipment <br />Buildinq.
