In th case <br /> of a corner lot, an accessory building may not project <br /> beyond the setback required for the main building. <br /> <br /> The overall height of an accessory building shall <br /> <br /> not exceed 14 feet, and the top of the wall height <br /> shall not exceed 9 feet. Portable accessory buildings <br /> shall not exceed 7 feet in height, or the maximum <br /> height of a fence allowed in the setback, yard, or <br /> along the property line; nor exceed 30 square feet in <br /> size. The maximum coverage of any and all accessory <br /> buildings on a lot shall not exceed 50 percent of the <br /> required rear yard. <br /> <br /> c. Any accessory structure which is in compliance <br /> with yard setbacks in effect at the time it was <br /> constructed may be repaired or reconstructed in the <br /> same location, notwithstanding that the previous yard <br /> setbacks are less than allowed under current <br /> requirements, and provided that the structure adhere to <br /> all current Building Code requirements, including those <br /> relevant to fire safety standards for fire resistive <br /> walls, fire covering classifications, eave projections, <br /> and wall openings." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
