The provisions of Section 45.2 shall apply only <br /> <br /> to the following: <br /> <br /> (1) Portions of structures facing upon a public <br /> street or place. <br /> <br /> (2) Portions of the sides of a structure, and <br /> rear in the case of a corner lot, which are <br /> within 50 feet of any portion of the <br /> structure which faces upon a public street or <br /> place. <br /> <br /> (3) Roof overhang, roofing material, and siding <br /> material only, in the case of a single or <br /> two-family dwelling. <br /> <br /> b. The provisions of this article shall apply to <br /> alterations and additions to the exterior of the <br /> above-mentioned portions of structures, whether <br /> existing at the time of adoption of this section or <br /> constructed thereafter. <br /> <br /> c. The provisions of Section 45.2 shall not apply <br /> <br /> to: <br /> <br /> (1) One-story additions to single or two-family <br /> residences. <br /> <br /> (2) Alterations or additions taking place in any <br /> one calendar year which have an estimated <br /> value not in excess of Five Hundred Dollars <br /> ($500.00) as determined by the Building <br /> Division." <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. Section 36.2 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood <br />City Zoning Ordinance, as amended, is hereby deleted. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br />days from the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
