Report re Shoo ter McGee IS <br />City Manager Report 6/20/85 <br /> <br />(707-01) <br /> <br />Mayor Britschgi noted that the report is submitted at this time for Council's <br />information; that the matter relates to an appeal of a denial by the Chief of <br />Police to issue a Dance Permit for the premises at 768 Woodside Road; that <br />because the appellantls attorney is unable to be present tonight, it is <br />staff IS recommendation to continue the matter to July 1, 1985. <br /> <br />M/S: ChandlerlStangel to hold the hearing on the appeal of Shooter McGee's <br />on Ju ly 1, 198 5. <br /> <br />Michael Fields, 700 South Flo~r Street, Los Angeles, attorney for one of <br />the neighbors of the appellant, advised that July 1 would not be convenient <br />for him, but that July 8 or 15 v«:>uld be satisfactory. <br /> <br />Reg.
