Fleishman, widow of a former Red\«>od City police officer, who was awarded a pension of $80.00 in 1939 after her husband had been killed in the line of duty, based on his wages at the time. There have been discuss ions by the Personne 1 Committee, with further examination of the circumstances, and a recommendation will be brought to Council next fvbnday (July 1, 1985). He indicated Mrs. Fleishman will be contacted, and that the Committee ~uld like to correct what appears to be an inequity in compensation to her. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GENERAL 1. Subdivision wall between the Park Atherwood Condominium Project and the Atherwood Trac t Report of City Manager and Planning Director 6/21/85 Planning Director Schroeter advised that the report prepared had been in response to a letter from Atherwood Neighborhood Association, and that although conditions of approval of the condominium development are being adhered to as best as can be determined, there are differences occurring between the developer and the longer term neighbors in Atherwood development.
