<br /> The Board of Administrafion, Califomia Public Employees' Retirement System,
<br /> hereinafter referred to ae Board, and the governing body of the above public agency,

<br /> 19�3, Dec�nber 1, 197b, November 1, 1978, July 1, 1979, February 1, 1980, March 13,
<br /> 1989, August 23, 1990, February 13, 1992, January 14, 1893, June 22, 1998, October
<br /> 14, 1999, November 21, 2001, May 6, 2002, July 14, 2003, June 28, 2004, July 10,
<br /> 2U08, January 22, 2007 and July 9, 2007 which provides for participation of Public
<br /> Agency in safd System, Board and Public Agency hereby agree as foitows:
<br /> A. Paragraphs 1 through 13 are hereby sUicken from said contract as executed
<br /> effective Juy 9, 2007, and hereby replaced by the following paragraphs
<br /> numbered 1 through 16 indusive:
<br /> 1. All words and terms used herein which are deflned in the Public
<br /> Empbyees' RetiremeM Law shaii have the meaning as defined therein
<br /> unless othervvise specifically provided. "Normal reHremem age" shall
<br /> mean age 55 for local miscella�ous members ernering membership in
<br /> the miscellaneous classification on or prior to the effectNe date of this
<br /> amendment to oontract, age 60 for local misceilaneous members eMering
<br /> membership for the flrst time in the miscellaneous dessificaUon after the
<br /> effective date of thia amendment to conhact, age 50 for local safely
<br /> members entering membership in the safety classification on or prior to
<br /> the effedive dete of this amendment to contrad and age 55 for local
<br /> safely members entsring memberehip for the first tane in the safety
<br /> dassification after the effec�ive date of this amendment to conVact.
