Employees of Public Agency in the following classes shall become <br /> members of said Retirement System except such in each such class as <br /> are excluded by law or this agreement: <br /> a. Local Fire Fighters (herefn referred to as local safety members); <br /> b. Local Police Offioers (herein referted to as local safety members); <br /> c. Employees other than local safety members (herein referted to as <br /> local miscellaneous members). <br /> 5. In additlon to the classes of employees excluded from membership by <br /> said Retirement Law, the following classes of empbyees shall not become <br /> members of said Retlrement System: <br /> NO ADDITIONAL EXCLUSION3 <br /> B. The perceMage of final compensation to be provided for each year of <br /> credited prior and curte�t service as a local miscelleneous member in <br /> employment before and not on or after July 10, 2008 shall be detertnined <br /> in accordance with Section 21354 of said ReUrement Law (2% at aqe 55 <br /> Full). <br /> 7. The percentege of finai compensation to be provided for each year of <br /> credited prior and current servioe as a local miscellaneous member in <br /> employment on or after July 10, 2008 and not entering membership for the <br /> flrst time in the miscellaneous classiflcation after the effective date of this <br /> amendment to ooMract shall be determined in axordance with Section <br /> 21354.5 of said Retirement Law (2.7% at age 55 Full). <br /> S. The percentege of final �mpensation to be provided for each year of <br /> credited current service as a local miscellaneous member entering <br /> memberahip for the first tlme in the misoeilaneous dasaificetion after the <br /> effective date of this amendment to contrad shall be detertnined in <br /> accordanoe with Section 21353 of said Retirement Law (29� at age 60 <br /> Full). <br /> 9. The percerdage of flnal compensation to be provided for each year of <br /> credited prior and current service as a local safety member entering <br /> membership in the safety dass�cation on or prior to the effective date of <br /> this amendment to contract shall be determined in �rdance with <br /> Section 21362.2 of said Retirement Law (3% at age 50 Full). <br /> 10.
