3. New installations will include removing existing gate(s) and installing new gate(s). Only <br /> stainless steel wedge anchors will be used. Concrete or grout used will be approved by <br /> Redwood City. <br /> 4. Contractor will use Waterman Manufactured Products exclusively. There will be no <br /> substitutes. <br /> 4. Redwood City will require all replaced parts to be given to Redwood City. <br /> 5. There will be no substitutions without the absolute written permission from Redwood City. <br /> 6. Contrector is responsible for any and atl environmentai approvals and or permits required <br /> from any and all regulatory agencies and prepare appropriate applications and documents for <br /> Redwood City submittal. <br /> 7. Contractor will be responsible for all construdion related to work on gates. <br /> 8. All replacement parts will be to Redwood City Standard (explained above) <br /> 9. Contrector will provide Redwood City with an inspection report directly after gate removal. <br /> 10. Redwood City will inspect work throughout each project. <br /> Fee Schedule <br /> Contract must provide a Company fee schedule showing, the follow at a minimum, or complete the <br /> attached form: <br /> a. Staffing, <br /> b. Equipment, including rentals, if any, <br /> c. Incidental costs, i.e. travel (per mile), equipment, storage, administretive fees .
