The benefit-cost results and documentation . <br /> and the suggested text for e-Grants will be completed not later than October 1 to allow <br /> adequate time for review, finalization, and incorporation into FEMA's e-Grants <br /> application template. <br /> Redwood City Data Requirements <br /> Provide available data including the following: <br /> • Description of how the stormwater drainage system works in this area <br /> • Historical flood information (dates, severiry/depth estimates, area covered, <br /> damage estimates, road closure locations and durations), to the extent that such <br /> data exists <br /> e Inventory data: building size (square feet), number of stories, use (residential, <br /> commercial, industrial, public) <br /> • Inventory data: any critical utility infrastructure in the floodprone area, especially <br /> if flooding of such would result in loss of utility services to large numbers of <br /> people <br /> • Population (residents) and employment in the floodprone area <br /> • Elevation data for flood prone area, including topo map, street and other <br /> elevation points, building first floor elevations (from Elevation Certificates and <br /> other sources). <br /> • Traffic count data for major streets in the floodprone area <br /> • Mitigation project description, performance level (vis-�-vis flood return periods), <br /> engineering cost estimate, and proposed project schedule <br /> • Maps, photos etc. for documentation <br /> � Copy of the FEMA FIS (electronic) and hard copies of the FEMA FIRMs (maps) <br /> for the project area. <br /> • Copies of previous studies, <br /> • Any other data that seems relevant/useful <br /> Notes, Limitations and Caveats <br /> 1) The benefit-cost analyses will include the maximum credible benefits (as per <br /> FEMA's benefit-cost analysis guidance) for this mitigation project.
