One full -time person will be assigned to East Palo Alto on -site to provide <br />Electronic Data Management (EDM) support and aid in special projects. East <br />Palo Alto hours will not be charged for that person's staff meeting time in <br />Redwood City or leave time, and will only be charged for training time if the <br />training is directed by East Palo Alto. <br />2. East Palo Alto shall have the right to request the reassignment of personnel <br />assigned to EDM and Software Development support. Redwood City will <br />regularly rotate assigned personnel in order to cross train staff. <br />3. Additional personnel located in Redwood City will assist the on -site personnel in <br />all matters when the assistance benefits both parties. Assistance will be at the <br />discretion of Redwood City, unless specifically requested by East Palo Alto. <br />
