6. 1. F. - Page 2 <br />Agreement which is part of the Community Facility District (CFD) 2010-1 (One Marina) <br />formation document. The CFD was approved by City Council on September 13, 2010. <br />By way of a status report on the overall development of this project, on February 28, <br />2011 a permit was issued to the owner for the construction of necessary infrastructure <br />improvements along Bair Island Road in conformance with City Standards and the 2007 <br />Precise Plan. Bonds in the amount of $2,057,357.40 were received for improvements <br />along frontage of the project. This work is anticipated to be complete before December <br />of this year. <br />The Final Map was prepared in accordance with the Subdivision Map Act, Redwood <br />City Ordinances, and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. Covenants, Conditions <br />and Restrictions, the Landscape Maintenance Agreement, and the Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement have also been submitted by the <br />developer to comply with subdivision requirements and have been completed to the <br />satisfaction of the City Attorney's office. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose not to approve the subdivision and /or accept the easements as <br />dedicated. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact to the City as a result of this action. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was prepared for this subdivision under the <br />purview of the California Environmental Quality Act. The EIR was certified by the <br />Redwood City Planning Commission on June 2003, with an addendum issued October <br />2007. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
