By executing this Service Order, CUSTOMER is requesting, and agrees to pay for the Services identified and described in this Services Order and to be bound by the GTC, which is attached hereto andincorporated by reference. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: 7. Connection to San Carlos Fire Department. The Redwood City Information Technology Division of the Finance Department ("RCIT") will assist CUSTOMER's Information Technology Division ("SCIT") with determining the communication path between San Carlos City Hall and Redwood City City Hall. The preferred communication path relies on Comcast fiber and requires Comcast to perForm an analysis and response, which includes estimated labor and equipment costs, in a timely manner. Should Comcast not have a solution by August 31, 2011, RCIT will work with SCIT to enable the connection using several options available through the intemet for the required communications. San Carlos will be responsible for any licenses required for remote access.
