5. Counry will retain written inspection and enforcement resolution documentation <br /> information including information on the number of days required by a facility to resolve <br /> problems found so that this supporting information may be made available upon request by <br /> the City or other authorized state and federal regulatory agencies or their representatives. <br /> 6. County.will maintain and implement an effective Enforcement Response Plan (ERP) in <br /> accordance with the most recent MRP's requirements. The current ERP will be posted on <br /> the www.flowstobav.org website. County will notify the Ciry of any significant changes <br /> to the ERP prior to adoption. <br /> V. Deliverables <br /> 1. County will provide annually, by July I S `; to the City an updated list of those businesses <br /> and facilities that it inspects and those businesses and facilities on this list that it plans on <br /> inspecting during the upcoming fiscal yeaz. <br /> 2. City will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and iinplementing an Industrial and <br /> Commercial Business Inspection Plan (Inspection Plan) that meets the MRP's <br /> requirements. As required, the Inspection Plan will describe the City's method for <br /> including newly opened businesses that warrant an inspection. In addition, the Ciry will be <br /> responsible for annually updating and maintaining a list of facilities in the Inspection Plan <br /> to inspect. <br /> 3. County will provide quarterly to the City written swnmaries of the County's quarterly <br /> facility inspection reports that contain the information needed for the City to meet the <br /> MRP's reporting requirements for these facilities. <br /> 4. County will provide annually, by August 1 to the City the Stormwater Inspection data <br /> totals in the format prescribed in the MRP. <br /> 8 <br />
