4. County will respond to complaints or referrals from the pubiic and work with City staff <br /> and business or facility operators to resolve stormwater related issues originating from <br /> Tazget Facilities. <br /> II. Inspection Prepazation <br /> 1. County will ensure that its facility inspectors aze adequately trained, in accordance with <br /> the MRP's annual training requirements (Provision C.4.d.). <br /> 2. County staff will attend SMCWPPP Inspector training workshops or receive similaz <br /> adequate training. <br /> III. Inspections <br /> 1. County will perform the inspections under this agreement in accordance with inspection <br /> guidelines, if any, developed by the CII Subcommittee. <br /> 2. County will conduct these inspections during County's other routine inspections in order to <br /> minimize the amount of time each business will be contacted. <br /> 3. County will keep detailed records of inspection findings for a minimum of five years. <br /> 4. County will continue to chazge a Stormwater Inspection Fee annually to the Target Facilities <br /> through the Environmental Health Permit. <br /> IV. Achieving Business/Facility Compliance <br /> 1. County staff will be responsible for addressing, through the County's regutatory process, <br /> any stormwater quality problems that aze associated with the handling of hazazdous <br /> materials and hazazdous wastes, the exposure of these materials to rainfall, stormwater <br /> runoff, or the dischazge of non-stormwater containing these materials and wastes or <br /> washwaters from retail food facilities <br /> 2. City will be responsible for addressing, through the City's regulatory process, any <br /> stormwater quality problems that aze not covered in section IV.1, above. <br /> 3. County will conduct follow up/reinspections of businesses or facilities that were found to <br /> have a stormwater violation during the most recent routine inspection and attempt to have <br /> the business or facility operator correct the violation within the MRP's specified <br /> timeframes. <br /> 4. County will notify the City promgtly about any stormwater or non-stormwater discharge <br /> pollution problems that require City assistance or lead in resolving. <br /> ' Minor violations may be shown by the business owner or faciliry operator to have been corrected using the submittal of <br /> photographs or altematives methods of problem correction documentation other than a follow up/reinspection. <br /> 7 <br />
