. ,' �p� <br /> D. The financial condition of the prospective bidder; and <br /> E. The experience of the prospective bidder in performing public works contracts, <br /> generally, and public and private contracts for works or improvements similar to the <br /> designated project; and <br /> F. The safety record of the prospective bidder with respect to construction <br /> contracts; and <br /> G. The record of the prospective bidder within the five (5) year period preceding the <br /> date of submittal of the questionnaire regarding disputes, claims filed, submittal of <br /> disputes to mediation, arbitration, or other dispute-resolving procedures, and litigation <br /> pertaining to prior public works or private construction projects; and <br /> H. Such other information as the Port Executive Director shall determine relating to <br /> the ability, capaciry and skill of the prospective bidder to perform the contract for the <br /> designated project. <br /> 11. Qualifications Short List Selection <br /> The Qualifications Evaluation Committee shall select a short list of not fewer than <br /> three of the highest rated entities. However, if fewer than three responses are received, <br /> the Port Executive Director may determine that it is in the Port's best interest to proceed <br /> with the evaluation process. The Qualifications Evaluation Committee may, at its <br /> discretion, be assisted by other Port personnel in its evaluation of any entity's <br /> qualifications. The Qualifications Evaluation Committee shall present its short list to the <br /> Board. <br /> 12. Notification <br /> The entities included on the short list shall be notified in writing of their selection <br /> and invited to submit a detailed technical proposal for the Design-Build project. The <br /> scope of services package may include enhancements, clarifications and modifications <br /> to the scope of services included with the request for qualifications only if they fall within <br /> the scope of the project. <br /> 13. Scoae of Services Packaae <br /> Generally, the scope of services package shall define the scope of work and/or <br /> architectural program. <br /> 74.
