• , VI. MEASUREMENT 8 PAYMENT <br /> 1. MOBILIZATION & DEMOLITION <br /> A. Full compensation for all mobilization and demobilization, and demobilization <br /> measures, including labor, materials, tools, and equipment required as necessary will <br /> be paid in the lump sum price for MOBILIZATION AND DEMOLITION <br /> B. Contractor is to protect the existing property and landscaping to the full extent <br /> possible. Work shall be inclusive of all preparatory work for the repainting of Fire Station No. <br /> 11 including pressure washing, scraping, sanding, grinding and other preparatory <br /> work to achieve a clean paintable surface. <br /> 3. EXTERIOR PAINT FIRE STATION 20 <br /> A. Full compensation will be paid for providing all the required work done at the contract <br /> lump sum price for exterior painting of Fire Station No. 20 under this bid item. <br /> B.
