residents. <br /> d. employing, if the budget allows, an Outreach Coordinator who is bi-lingual <br /> in Spanish and English and whose main responsibility is to do outreach for <br /> Green@Home in the cities served by Green@Home. <br /> 9. Acterra staff will conduct at least one two-part volunteer training class in <br /> Redwood City with a goal of training at least 10 additional Redwood City residents to <br /> perfo�m Green@Home HouseCalls. Trained volunteers from other cities also are <br /> available to conduct HouseCalls in Redwood City. The City will provide the venue, <br /> required city employee support and refreshments for each of these evening training <br /> sessions. <br /> 10. Acterra will provide one AmeriCorps member whose responsibilities include <br /> completing HouseCalls along with volunteers in Redwood City. . <br /> 11: Acterra will keep stafistics and issue quarterly updates to the City to include the <br /> number of HouseCalls perFormed, the amount of CO2 savings achieved by each <br /> resident receiving a HouseCall, the number of Neighborhood Association or other <br /> community meetings or events attended and the number of people reached, the <br /> participation and results of the DIY workshop and the two-part training class, on a <br /> reporting schedule as follows: October 5(for the period July — September); January 5 <br /> (for the period October — December); April 5(for the period January — March); July 5 <br /> (for tfie period April — June). Each report will include both that quarter's statistics and a <br /> running total to date for all statistics.
