Hopper, Principal of the firm, RKH Civil and Transportation Engineering, is a duly <br /> licensed Civil Engineer in the State of Califomia (#18928), a duly licensed Traffic Engineer in <br /> the State of California (#1425), and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (#200) as <br /> licensed by the Transportation Professional Certification Boazd, Inc., Washington, D.C. This <br /> Notice of Licensure is provide in accordance with §463.5, Title 16, CCR. <br /> In accordance with §6749 of the State of California Business and Professions Code RKH <br /> herewith presents this proposal to provide traffic engineering services for the work described <br /> below. Signing, dating, and retuming a copy of the Offer/Acceptance page to RKH constitutes a <br /> binding contract, the provisions of which are included in the Attachment to this proposal. <br /> PROJECT DEFINITION: The City of Redwood City [CLIENT] is requesting an update to a <br /> previous study on the site of the Redwood Baptist Church at 2323 Euclid Avenue. The proposed <br /> use will be a Montessori school within the church's facilities. <br /> SCOPE OF BAS1C SERVICES <br /> 1. Base Traftic Data. <br /> A. RKH will use the mid-week, peak period (7-9 a.m. and 2-6 p.m.) tuming <br /> movement counts collected in 2008 at t6e following intersections: <br /> 1) Connecticut Drive & church driveway <br /> 2) McGarvey Avenue & Euclid Avenue <br /> 3) McGarvey Avenue & Connecticut Drive <br /> B.
