6.1.A. - Page 4 <br />time of training attendance. That fee may, at RCPD's direction, be deducted from the <br />training credit balance or charged to RCPD in a separate invoice. (The rate presently in <br />effect is $36 per unit per student.) <br />6. The Consortium will provide RCPD written or verbally training credit account balance upon <br />request. <br />E. Hold Harmless: <br />The Consortium agrees to indemnify, defend and Hold Harmless the RCPD and its Council, officers, <br />agents and employees from and against all claims, demands and causes of action related to the <br />Consortium's use of the donated shotguns and munitions. The Consortium assumes all risk, on <br />behalf of its members, employees and agents, associated with use of the donated shotguns and <br />munitions and requires it members, employees, agents and students to execute a waiver assuming the <br />risk associated with the use of weapons provided by the Consortium for training purposes. <br />F.
