Any owner, licensee, manager, or Registered Certificate Holder in charge <br />or in control of a massage business or Certified Massage Business or <br />Certified Sole Proprietorship who knowingly employs a person who is not <br />in possession of a valid, unrevoked Certificate of Registration, or who <br />allows such persons to perform, operate, or practice within such a place of <br />business, shall be guilty of an infraction. <br />C. Anyone convicted of violations set forth herein shall be fined pursuant to <br />the penalties set forth in Chapter of the Municipal Code. <br />Section 4.
