B. - Page 6 <br />10" <br />BKF <br />ENGINEERS <br />SURVEYORS <br />P LANNERS <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />August 18, 2011 <br />All that real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, being a portion of Walnut Street as said street is shown on the reap entitled <br />"PARCEL MAP NO. 2007 -02 ", filed August 31, 2007, in Book 77 of Parcel Maps, at <br />Pages 85 and 86, in the Office of the Recorder for the County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the northerly terminus of the course shown as "N30 °59'35 "W 225.03' ", <br />on the northwesterly line of Parcel 1 as shown on said map; thence along said <br />northwesterly line, South 30 °59'35" West, 225.03 feet; thence leaving said northwesterly <br />line, North 59 °00'25" West, 25.89 feet; thence North 30 °59'35" East, 201.70 feet to the <br />beginning of a tangent curve to the right; thence along said curve having a radius of 25.00 <br />feet, through a central angle of 67 1 50'50 ", an are length of 29.60 feet; thence South <br />81 °09'35" East, 11.62 feet to a point on the northwesterly line of said Parcel 1, said point <br />also being the beginning of a non - tangent curve to the left from which point a radial line <br />bears South 46 °53'00" East; thence along said line and along said curve with a radius of <br />20.00 feet, through a central angle of 12 °07`25 ", an are length of 4.23 feet to the POINT <br />OF BEGINNING, containing an area of 5,743 square feet, more or less. <br />A plat showing the above- described land is attached herein and made a part hereof as <br />Exhibit "B ". <br />This description was prepared by me or under my direction in conformance with the <br />Professional Land Surveyors' Act. <br />�_� C "- F / e1 /f <br />Charles R.
