6.2.B. - Page 5 <br />3. The City declares that, the vacation will be conditioned upon the <br />reservation of a Public Services Easement (PSE) over the formerly public right of way; <br />4. A noticed public hearing on the question of vacating Walnut Street, shall <br />be held and evidence thereon received by the City Council on November 14, 2011; <br />5. The portion of Walnut Street to be vacated is more fully described in <br />Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2 attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />6.
