Reimbursable Expenses <br /> Reimbursable expenses, those not included within the base compensation, are billable in <br /> addition to our fees for professional services. Standard Reimbursable expenses, including <br /> mileage, parking, postage, delivery, and minimal printing costs have been included within <br /> the base compensation in paragraph B above. Non-standard or additional reimbursable <br /> expenses include but may not be limited to: <br /> l. consultants' fees above and beyond what is estimated and included within base <br /> compensation to reach the end of the Programming Phase. <br /> 2. fees for regulatory approvals; Unknown at this time nor expected during this phase. <br /> 3. photographic images; digital outputs; plotting; printing; reproduction of drawings and <br /> specifications in addition to normal number of sets (2 printings of 3 sets ea) included <br /> within base compensation; upon written approval, with e-mail as acceptable method. <br /> 4. rendering and model supplies; and, contracted renderings and models, upon written <br /> approval, with e-mail as acceptable method. <br /> 5. Special mailings or delivery service. <br /> Client will reimburse expenses incurced by NBBJ in the course of providing services under <br /> this authorization to proceed at l.l times the actual cost. <br /> D. Additional Services <br /> If the Client requests or the project requires services beyond the scope of work described <br /> above, prior to an approved agreement between NBBJ and the Client, NBBJ will notify the <br /> Client and obtain its consent before starting the additional services. Client will <br /> compensate NBBJ for approved additional services on an hourly basis at NBBJ's normal <br /> billing rates plus reimbursable expenses at l.l times cost. <br /> E. The ArchitecYs license number is C18032. <br /> F. Terms and Conditions <br /> 1. Payment for services and reimbursable expenses are due upon receipt of invoice. <br /> Unpaid invoices will incur interest of ten percent (10%) per year on any amount not <br /> paid within 30 days of the invoice date. <br /> 2. You acknowledge that NBBJ has been given information about the project by you <br /> and/or your agents. NBBJ is entitled to rely on the accuracy and completeness of all <br /> information provided by you and/or your agents. <br /> 3. This authorization to proceed may be terminated by any party upon seven (7) days <br /> prior written notice. In the event of termination, NBBJ will be compensated at its <br />
