Relocate existing storage, files, legal library, and copy machines as needed, with <br /> possibly adding either in this space or at the vacant area above the Council Chamber a <br /> conference room for Ciry Council members and/or a Mayors' office. (There currently is no <br /> mechanical service to this unconditioned space.) <br /> 7. In addition to these space planning services an analysis of furniture, both existing <br /> pieces in storage and/or new selections, will be provided. <br /> 8. Relocate the Community Development Director's (l floor) office to conference room <br /> area room 1B space, and redesign his current office space as an additional conFerence <br /> room. <br /> B. Compensation <br /> Client will compensate NBBJ on an hourly basis at NBBJ's normal hourly billing rates. <br /> NBBJ will credit invoices paid under this authorization to proceed toward the fee outlined <br /> in the forthcoming agreement for professional services for this project. It is anticipated that <br /> the compensation for these initial services defined as the Programming Phase will not <br /> exceed $21,500, including standard reimbursable expenses not noted below as additional <br /> reimbursable expenses outside base compensation. Should it become clear that additional <br /> fee is required to conclude this phase; NBBJ will inform Client of such additional amounts <br /> and receive approval of same before proceeding with the Work. Compensation noted above <br /> covers the Work involved in the Programming Phase and does not include the Schematic <br /> Design Phase. Should the agreement for this project still be in negotiation at the end of the <br /> Programming Phase, this ATP can be extended to the end of Schematic Design Phase by <br /> adjusting the maximum fee to include the Work of the SD phase, as agreed to between the <br /> Client and NBBJ. <br />
