<br /> 1. Set-up and Break<lown of Equipment: Perfect Parties, USA agrees to deliver, install and set up the artificial ice rink, including any
<br /> and all artificial ice rink companents as well as skating surCace, walls, and stagiug areas that are to ba Provided hereunder at the '�
<br /> location identified above. The Gtis[omer agrees m provide speci6c direc[ions [o the event loca[ion artd access for Perfec[ Parlies, USA j
<br /> az the ageed upon and conUacteA dates and times. The Customer agees to provide adequate parking for delivery vehicles and event ,,
<br /> s[aff, and the Cus[omer agrees to reimburse Perfect Parties, 11SA for any cosis mcurted by Perfec[ Parties, USA due to the Cus[omer's
<br /> fail�v�e to provide such directions; access and parking. Parking fees, union fees, drayage fees, and any other out-of-pxket exPenses ,
<br /> related to the detivery, set-up, break-down or attendance ai the event will be added to the fuial balance due Gom the Customer.
<br /> 2. Location Requirements: Cusromer agrees that it will provide cleaz access from a public way to ttie event location. The Customer
<br /> accepu responsbility for any damage that may occw� on, neaz�or en route ro the set-uQ Locadon. The Gustomer funher agrees that it is �
<br /> responsible for securing all necessary permits for the event.
<br /> Customer agrees thaz the artificial ice rink will fit in tk�e Customer's desired location. The artificial ice rink must be installed on a flat,
<br /> smooth, level and solid surface. Perfect Parties, USA does not provide a sub-floor for artificia( ice rinks. If a subfloor is deemed
<br /> necessary by Perfec[ Parties, USA and the C�stomer, it is the sole respousibility of the Custtimer to purchase, contract and manage the
<br /> insmllation of the sub-Flooi. It is Customer's sole responsibility m conSrm that eveut location is satisfactory. Pcrfect Parties, USA.will
<br /> uot be held responsible or liable for poor flooring or subflooring solu[ions or options.
<br /> Each panel of the arti6cial ice rink is approximately 4' X 8'. I( the event shall take place on'anything but a gound-Floor level, the
<br /> Customer is responsible for confirming that there is a freight elevator and that they will provide Perfect Parties, USA witt� access to
<br /> this freight elevato�. The Customer bears lhe risk thai inclement weather, specifically winds exceeding 20 mph, rain and lighming will
<br /> hinder or prohibit the in5tallatian or use of the artificiaFice rmk. 7re Customer is responsible for ensuring that the event Icea6on is
<br /> free of natural ice, snow,�and pooling or puddling water. No refunds will be given if the artificial ice rink cannot be installed at the
<br /> evem location because of surface weather, acts of god, or access wudi[ions. '
<br /> All ouWoor rental Customers of artificial ice rinks are required to have a water source and hose within 100 �fee[ of ice rink location.
<br /> � Water is used �for cleaning purposes only. All 'vidoor re�l CusWmers of artificial ice rinks aze responsi6le for tiaving a wet vac or
<br /> mop / wazer bucket available for cleaning puryoses. All indooi ientals of artificial ice rinks also require that ihe Customer provides a
<br /> thin sheet of plesec for beneath the ice surf•ace.
<br /> If Peffect Parties, USA is not present during operation of the artificial ice rink, the Customer is responsible for care and maintenance
<br /> of the artificial ice riuk both during and after operational hours. Customer must confirm tAat the event location has overnight security
<br /> to monitnr the artificial ice rink and/or fiaz [he event location is IockeA and secimed during non-vperational and non-business hours.
<br /> Customer also agees to provide a seaued dry storage area for skates and sharpeners and any and all other artificial ice rink re(ated
<br /> equipment Customer will be held liable for damaged equipment to include broken skates, lost shazpenef parts, damaged ice panels
<br /> and any other items Wat me the property of Perfect Parties, USA if not stored and secured properly.
<br /> 3. Waiver: All patrons of the arti6cial ice rink will be required to sign a RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY RELEASE OF LIABILITY
<br /> WAIVER hereafter Imown as "WaiveP'. Patrons thet are 18 years old and older may sign d�eir own Waiver. Patrons under the age of
<br /> 18 mus[ have [he signature of a legal guardian appear on �he Waiver. A copy of the said Waiver is attached. Customer is rcsponsible
<br /> for having blank copies of ttie Waiver for all parlicipants to sign. Perfect Parties, USA will store any and all si�neA copies. If Perfect
<br /> Parties, USA is not opereting the artificial ice rink, Customer is responsible for obtaining, storing and saving all signed W aivers.
<br /> 4. Freighr. FreigM charges for transporting any Perfeet Parties, USA materials including the artificial ice rink and any/all equipmenc
<br /> are based on mileage. Perfect Parties. USA rese�vas the right to utiliu any vanspoitazion option to transport Perfect Parties, USA
<br /> materials including the artificial ice rink and any/all equipment. In the event that the artificial ice rink is delivered to the Gtistomer by
<br /> freight and that the materials are installed bY the Customer, all maierials must be returoeA and packaged in exaci packaging and in the
<br /> same mamer in w6ich it arrived. lf We original packaging materials for the artificial iee rink are bst or stolen, the Customer will be
<br /> responsible foi full replacement. The Customer bears the responsibiliry for items damaged during retum freight. All freight and
