Credit Card Authorization: By�signing this egeement, the Cusromer agrees and understands ffiat Perfec[ Parties, USA is authorized ro incur charges on the Customer's aedit card to cover the balance due or any expenses incutred by Perfect Parties, USA that are owed by [he Cus[omer under the teria5 and conditions of this Conhact including, 6ut not limited to, parldng fees and other out of pocket expenses, and any eacpenses incurred 6y Perfect Parties, USA to cover the repair or replacement of equipment damaged during the event. If payment in full is not received 2 wceks after completion of event, tfien the credit card will be charged. All credit card payments shall be subject to a 3% processing fee. 7. Ice Opemtors''Applicable only where Pert�ec[ Parties USA Ice personnel do not apend the event•: Customer agrees and understands that at least one operator must monitor the arti6cial ice rink at all times that it is in use. For pwposes of this ageement, t6e tertn "monitoring" includes, but is not limited to, (i) ensuring Uta[ the ar[ificial ice rink is assembled in accordance �vith manufacturer's specificafions; (ii) ensuring that the number of patrons acing the artificial ice rink does no[ exceed the manufacturePs recommendations, (iii) taking appropriate steps to ensure that the artificial ice rink is closed off and not accessible by patrons whenever an operato� is not present at the rink (v) confirmi�g patrons skate at a sensible and safe speed in the same direc[ion as other skaters (vi) prohibi[iog participants mder the influence of drugs or alcohol {vii) prohibiting games, tag, rougtrplay or speed skating (viii) in the event of injury, immedia[ely ordering all patrons off of the artificial ice rink and ensuring that d�e appropriate medical attention is tnken for those injiaed- The Customer furtLer agrees and understands lhat it is the Customer's responsibility to ensure diat at least one artificial ice rink operator is present tn conduct such monitoring, and that aziy and all operators meet the lollowing criteria: (a) The operator is at least 7 8 years of age;�, (b) The opera[or is not imder the influcnce of alcohol o� drugs; (c) The operato� has received, and satisfactorily completed, the t�aining provided by PerFect Pariies, USA as set forth in Section 8 below. perfect Parties, USA reserves the right to refuse an operator at its sole discretion. Training'Applicable ooly where Perfect Parties USA Ice personnel do not attend the eventfi: The Customer a�ees that the artificial ice rink will not be used unless monitored byan operator that has been trnined by Perfect Parties, USA as herein set forth. Perfect Parties, USA agrees to provide the Customer or its d�i�ee(s) with complete operating inrnuctions for the artificial ice rink, including maximum capacity, safery guidelines, and instructions to minimize the potential for injury.
