b. The consultant shall prepare and submit the 95% design which includes plans, <br /> specifications and cost estimate to Redwood City within 16 days after receiving <br /> comments from the 35% design phase and issuance approval to proceed to <br /> 95% design. Seven (7J copies of the 95% design plans, outline specifications and <br /> cost estimates are required. <br /> c. The consultant shall prepare and submit the final bid set, signed and stamped, <br /> which includes the final plans, specifications and cost estimate to Redwood <br /> City within 21 days after receiving comments from the 95% design.
