Online Resources to Support Intercultural Competency
An online communication vehicle will be established that enables
organizational leaders and youth workers to stay connected on a more
consistent basis, share their inter-cultural experiences and learning, and have
access to resources that can support their work. One of the central resources
that CNYD will develop is a Community Conversation Toolkit that helps staff
prepare to facilitate a community conversation and suggests guiding questions
that can be used to initiate rich dialogue. As individual organizations launch
community conversations, they can share their experiences and learning with
their peers. CNYD staff will work with Maria Fernandez to develop and
support this online system.
Time Required: 5 hours a month, September 2011 through May 2012
45 hours total
Agreement over $10K 11
Ciry Attomey Approved Version 012611
