'. . • I • <br /> TENTATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AND REDWOOD CITY POLICE OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION (RCPOA) <br /> The following documeM contains the Terrtative Agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> City (hereinafter called °City') and tfie Redwood City Police Officers' Association <br /> ("RCPOA° or'Association') (hereinafter colledively called `the parties°) on wages, hours <br /> and tertns arni condi6ons of employment. The salaries, hours, finge benefits and <br /> working condiqons set forth have been mutually agreed upon by the designated <br /> bargaining representatives of the City and the Association, and wili apply to ail employees <br /> covered by the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City and the <br /> Association. '� <br /> Upon retification and approval, this Agreement will amend the MOU between the parties <br /> dated 5eptember 7, 2008 — August 31„2012. This amended MOU shall supereede all <br /> other Memoranda of Understanding and Aqreements between the parties. <br /> �� <br /> The parties agree that any and all TeMative Agreements are hereby incorporated.
