If a <br /> RSA4€F�COA unit employee elects no health plan coverage and provides <br /> evidence of other coverage dudng annual open enrollment, as a health <br /> . savingslcash option the City and the employee shall share equally the amount <br /> designated as the City's actual maximum monthly contribution. <br /> 77.1.8 Effective Januarv 1, 2012, if an emplovee elects no health coveraqe and shows evidence of other <br /> coveraqe, $200 per month will be credited to the emolovee's flexible spendi�q accounts or mav <br /> be taken as cash. <br /> 4817.1.8 For employees covered by this Memorandum of Understanding, the amounts in this Article �817, <br /> shall be prorated for each regular part-time employee working (20) or more hours per week. <br /> 4877.1.9 Any funds remaining at the end of the fiscal year in each individual Cafeteria Plan aarount shall <br /> be returned to the general fund for use consistent with IRS Code Section 125. <br /> 4917.2 Dentallnsurance <br /> The City shall seatiade-t�provide to eligible employees and dependents fi�Ny-�ai�dental insurance program <br /> ihrough the term of this agreement to include coverages as follows: $2,000 annual cap for basic coverage <br /> and $2,500 lifetime cap for orthodonture .
