Workers in these classifications will be <br /> required to obtain the above certifications by Januarv 1, 2013. Effective the first full �av <br /> period followina ratification and adoption of the aareement, salary schedules for these <br /> job classifications will be increased by one percent (1 %) to reflect the new certification <br /> I requiremenYs.
